CERTIFIED TRAINING COURSES

Complete program to become a practitioner in wellness massages and reflexology on 30 days (240 hours) or “à la carte” courses lasting 1 to 4 days.

The 240 hours complete program allows you to become a wellness and reflexology massage practitioner. It helps you to join one or several wellness massage federations such as the FFMBE (Fédération Française de Massages Bien-Etre – French Federation of Wellness Massages). A minimum of 200 hours training is required by this federation, with a practical validation test.

The “à la carte” courses (modules) allow anyone to get acquainted with the world of wellness massages and reflexology, practiced in a private and family setting.

These modules also allow professionals (naturopaths, beauticians, chiropodists, sophrologists, …) to complete their skills and offer new services to their customers.

With the exception of the “deep-tissue” course, no prior knowledge or special ability is required.

Each training completed and validated allows you to obtain a certificate including the number of hours and the discipline taught.

Focused on practice and playful exercises conducive to developing qualities of therapeutic and helping relationship, all courses are offered in small groups (6 to 8 people depending on the internship).

Detailed course materials and all necessary equipment are provided.

You attend guided demonstrations, then you practice while being guided and advised, step by step. In alternation with another trainee, you receive the technique taught, then you give it.

The limited number of participants, combined with adapted teaching methods, allow an effective learning of these techniques, while promoting quality of touch listening and feeling abilities, presence.

You are invited to develop during the courses an opening to yourself and to others, with benevolence and mutual respect.

Training can take place in the Var or in the Alpes-Maritimes, depending on the participants’ request and on the availability of a room.

We can also intervene in the place of your choice in France and abroad (home, yacht, hotel, private beach, spa, thalassotherapy center, …).

  • “Siam oil” signature massage (inspired from traditional Thai massage and Hawaian Lomi Lomi) in 4 days,
  • Hawaian Lomi Lomi in 4 days,
  • Sport / deep tissue in 4 days,
  • Use of hot stones in 1 day,
  • Nuad bo’rarn (traditional Thai yoga massage on a floor mat) in 4 days,
  • Thai foot reflexology in 4 days,
  • Scalp and face relaxation in 2 days,
  • Reiki level I in 1 day and level II in 2 days,
  • Initiation to anatomy (with an osteopath DO) in 4 days,
  • Aromatherapy practice (with the co-founder of a cosmetic laboratory) in 2 days,
  • Develop your project in 2 days.

115 € per person per training day (about 8 hours), in groups of 6 to 8 people.

Training days usually start at 9am and finish at 6pm.

Drinks and snacks are included in the price (excluding meals) for all courses.

TAILORED MADE WORKSHOPS

Customized initiation to wellness massages per 3 hours session, for couple, family, or friend.

An original gift idea for yourself or to offer!

For anyone wishing to learn about wellness massages or improve their art, as a couple, with their family or with friends.

Restricted group of 2 to 4 people.

No duration commitment.

No prior knowledge or special ability required.

You choose :

  • The area(s) of the body you wish to focus on (back, legs, feet, hands, belly, face, scalp, …).
  • The type and technique of wellness massage (with or without oil, on a floor mat or on a massage table, …).
  • The pressure exerted (soft, moderate, strong, …).
  • Your partner(s) of training (2 to 4 people maximum per session).
  • The date and time slot, weekdays or weekends.

Focused on practice and playful exercises.

All the necessary equipment is provided: professional massage table or futon, massage oils, essential oils, towels, massage sheets, …

You attend guided demonstrations, then practice while being guided and advised, step by step. In alternation with your partner(s), you receive the technique taught, then you give it.

The price per person is decreasing according to the number of participants:

  • 2 people: 260 € (130 € per person).
  • 3 people: 330 € (110 € per person).
  • 4 people: 400 € (100 € per person).

These rates are valid for a training in the premises of Latitude Zen in St Laurent du Var. You can also benefit from it at your home or in the place of your choice between Menton and St Tropez, with a fixed extra “displacement” which varies from 40 to 100 euros depending on the location (go and return).
