By car
From the expressway, please take the exit number 49 "Saint Laurent du Var".
Follow the direction "Saint Laurent - centre ville".
At the end of "avenue du General Leclerc", you will find a small traffic circle painted in white on the floor. Follow the direction "La Gaude - St Jeannet".
Drive up the hill on the road named "corniche Fahnestock" for around 2 km.
Follow the direction "Tennis de Montaleigne".
As soon as you pass "les Mas de Montalou" (a group of small villas on your right), be prepared to turn to your left, direction "Tennis de Montaleigne".
Continue for around 1 km on this small path named "chemin Fahnestock", then pass between "Tennis de Montaleigne" (on your left) and the children school "Ecole de Montaleigne" (on your right).
Continue straight on for 300 m : The relaxation centre is located on your left, in the Villa Maillarde, number 1173 (orange color house with a modern architecture), 100 m after "Compagnie Générale des Eaux" and 300 meters after "Tennis de Montaleigne".

By train and bus
From Saint Laurent du Var train station, take the bus line 54 (bus schedule for line 54) and get off at the stop "Sainte Geneviève". Latitude Zen is less then 50 m close by.

From the expressway, please take the exit number 39 "Fayence - Les Adrets de L'Esterel".
Follow the direction "Fayence - Lac de Saint Cassien - Montauroux".
Continue on the D37 for 8,5 km.
At the traffic circle, take the third exit direction "Fayence".
Continue on the D562 for around 2 km.
At the traffic circle from the Agora center, turn on your right.
The relaxation centre is located behind "Plénitude Bio", in the beauty salon "L'Elixir de Beauté" (telephone: 0494398504), on top of a veterinary practice, just before Weldom shop.

From the expressway, please take the exit "Cannes - Grasse".
Then follow the direction "Grasse".
Take the exit "Grasse Sud" then follow the direction "Hôpital de Grasse"
Just before the hospital (less then 200 meters), turn left direction "Pégomas".
At that point you will seee a sign "Le Centre à 50 mètres".
The parking entrance is located between a stone wall.
